Qualifications:
The Xindi Aquatic Award Only goes to the site on the web that I find the most original or most informative for that month. The site CANNOT be an incomplete website or one that is only dedicated to giving links to other sites. There can be exceptions, but only if the site is extremely likeable. The site has to be welcoming. It cannot be just a black background with text in 'Federation Standard'. If the site is dedicated only to trek it will be considered, but if you have a few pages dedicated to other sci-fi or fantasy. But ONLY a few. It should have a majority dedicated to Star Trek. If you place second, for a prize, you would receive the Prometheus Class Award, starting in March, or perhaps sooner!
